Many times we in the bedding or mattress industry hear about sleep problems. Most people think the best way to get better sleep is with a different mattress. That is partially true, but there are many more ways to get a better nights sleep!
The experts suggest using blackout curtains, setting the temprature to 68 degrees and using breathing excersizes before bed to get into the right mind frame. My experience says, the best way to get into the perfect position is with an adjustable mattress base.
Also working hard to “turn off” before we hit the bedroom, by not taking work or problems with you to bed then you are truly able to focus on rest.
